The job role
Rochford District Council are looking for a Customer Services Contact Adviser to join our dedicated, multi-skilled Customer Services team. The post involves dealing with customers and members of the public by telephone and face to face, as well as providing administration support to a wide range of the Council’s frontline services.
You will need to be customer focussed and a confident communicator. You will need to good IT skills and an awareness of social media would be advantageous.
Experience of working within a customer facing role, dealing with multiple enquiries, as well as working to deadlines and under pressure is essential.
