The job role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a key team at Rochford District Council, develop innovative new ways of working and to embed a high performance culture across the team.
The main responsibilities of the post are to proactively lead the Asset Team, overseeing a range of asset and facility management functions such as strategic disposals, lease negotiation and planned and responsive maintenance works to ensure the council’s assets are effectively maintained and comply with all relevant legislation.
A relevant surveying qualification or relevant demonstrable experience is an essential requirement as is a strong working knowledge of asset and facility management practices. Please review the job description and personal specification for full details relating to this exciting opportunity.
